Don't do it. I ordered a table which gave a delivery date between the 4th and 12th of the following month (approx. Two weeks out). Those dates came and went. I called the support line, and after waiting on hold with the most annoying, repetitive hold music I've ever heard (clearly designed to get you to hang up), I spoke with an employee who lied and said the order had shipped and that I would get it the following day.
I interjected stating I hadn't seen a shipping confirmation, nor received tracking info. She again insisted it would arrive.
The next day, it didn't arrive. I wrote customer service who informed me that it had been placed on backorder, and that they had placed my request for cancellation with whatever department. My refund wasn't issued. Basically, I had to threaten a paypal claim to get them to finally refund my money.
Do yourself a favor and just spend an extra 10 bucks and order from someplace else. This place is apparently notorious for being out of stock on items it has available on it's website.
Zola is a terrible company.
They sell you things before they have them in stock. If they aren't able to stock and ship them by the time they promised, they will email you a ship date change.
These emails will happen multiple times per week, and you will never actually get the product you ordered.
They know this happens, and have made order cancellations and refunds automatic.
Their entire business is based on them hoping that they can minimize the number of refunds they get without providing any customer service.
Their CEO, Shan-Lyn Ma, hides behind the internet while she knows that her chosen business practice is disgusting.
Run away from this company as fast as you can.
This is my genuine experience.
Canceled order after canceled order. This company cannot be taken seriously. I wish we picked someone else for our registry.
